I have my applications in to both of these clubs with paid dues. I'm waiting to hear back from them for my approval meeting and my range training. I would figure it will take several weeks to get this done.
My question is---Are there any members of these clubs that are planning any informal shooting and would like to take me along as a guest so I can get the feel of the club? I'm retired so anytime is good. I don't know any members of these clubs. I'm kind of the stay home type. I'm 2 miles from Townsend and 8 from N Leominster. Transportation is no problem and I could meet you there. I have several firearms that need to be sighted in. I have targets and ammo. I'm not looking for any handouts. All I would need to get before I go would be a staple gun. I'm looking to shoot rifle(1) and hand gun(2). In or outside is fine with me. I have been a member of Tewksbury rod and gun (as a range officer) and Pelham rod and gun in there past so I' very familiar with range etiquette and range safety.
