I've been using Blue Bullet 125 Gr Round Nose for several years now. They feed fine but I was thinking of trying the Truncated Cone style. I have a couple guns that have tight chambers and I need to keep OAL with the round nose to the minimum to chamber properly.

I cast TC for my 1911 and it always feeds flawlessly. 9mm I am not so sure about. If it likes jhp, there should be no problems.

The Truncated cones I used needed to be sized kinda short, at least that is what I had experienced… I used Berry's 147g TCFP (plated) I had it sized to 1.100 and they wouldn’t plunk in any of my barrels except in my Canik TP9 sfx. I had to get them down to 1.090 before it started to plunk in the rest of them. I have since moved to a rounded with flat point in a coated like ibejiheads, Precision Bullets, I just ordered some from Everglades in a plated. I want to see how those will work..
Knob Creek I have some you’re welcome to try and see how they work before you waste your money…. Let me know….

In those pix, the black ones look like Precision. Those blue are
what? Ibejiheads 'new blue' ?? Doesn't look quite right for BlueBullets.

what OAL are you guys running for those cast 147 FP/TC type bullets?

I seated a bunch of Precision, Blue, TBB and Hoosier which had all different lengths
but I seated them all to 1.145" Interestingly, 3 of the 4 chrono'd *exactly* the same
except for the Blue which was consistently 10-15 FPS faster than the rest (and it wasn't
the longest or shortest projo).

I was expecting the shorter ones to fly somewhat slower (more case volume -> lower pressure)
but that didn't turn out as expected.
