Up for renewal

Hi there, so this is my first post with the forum and have a few questions. I'm up for my first ltc renewal, and there's 2 questions about arrests and being committed to a drug rehab. When i got my license I had no arrests and no rehab commitments, no I have a arrest for possession of a controlled substance with a decision of cwof, I also voluntarily went into drug rehab 4 years ago. Will either of these disqualify me from renewing my ltc? I have not been arrested since or have I relapsed. Will the check for the drug rehab on the back ground check? Sorry if this has been asked a million times. Also I have to renew by April this year.
