Used SR1911 CMD--$300 deal?

I picked up a used Ruger 1911 CMD today. It has approximately 500 rounds through it, one mag and no box for $300.

It came into my gun shop and I'm taking it as a personal firearm tomorrow.

Decent deal? Book on them between 80-90% has it at $385 and the way I see it, you can't find ANYTHING these days under $400...even in beat to $*** condition!

So far its been paradise! Just need to spend more time outside before the snow. I can't hunt this year because they require 6 month residency..
