Do you want to move and shoot at cardboard? USPSA

Do you want to stand still and shoot at steel? Steel

USPSA can be a little complicated depending on stage, scored on Accuracy and Time
Steel is uncomplicated, scored on time (and assuming you hit all the targets)

PCC is allowed at Steel Challenge, not at USPSA.
