My first attempt making homemade tortillas. I think I needed a wetter dough so it would come out thinner. 25% fat in my venison. Things came out tasty. The red onions were sautéed ever so slightly. I ran out of my pickled version. New batch made today though.
Used one of the Meatchurch spices mixed in the meat. Tasted awesome.
