The problem with CA is effectively shown on that map. Where do you think the majority of the population lives in CA? Hint: its not the Central Valley or the mountains.

Yes, there are conservatives in rural CA, just as there are conservatives in downstate IL and upstate NY. The problem is that they are vastly outnumbered by urban/suburban libtards.

Alabama, North Dakota, Wyoming Most Conservative States

My son lives in one of the more liberal areas of Alabama, and they voted against Obama 80-20%. So far at least, even the "big" cities can't outweigh the vast majority of conservative voters. Interesting state. Incredibly gun friendly, and more so now that it's de jure shall issue and not de facto shall issue. Open carry for those who want to, recognizes all other states permits.
