World War 2 Veteran Arthur A. Schroeder has passed away. Mr Schroeder has no surviving family.

According to his discharge papers, he served in the Army. He drove a tank and heavy-duty trucks and his rank was Tech 5, SIG CO. He enlisted on February 12, 1942, and was honorably discharged on December 31, 1945.

He was in the 41st SIG CO 41st INF DIV. Arthur earned the following: American Theater Ribbon, Asiatic-Pacific Theater Ribbon with one Bronze Star, Philippine Liberation Ribbon along with the Good Conduct Medal and the WWII Victory Medal.

There will be visiting hours for him from 10-11 and then at 11 funeral services with a celebration of life lunch afterworda on Nov. 30th.

The visiting hour and services will all take place at the West Congregational Church. Pastor Ami needs help getting the message out to Veterans so they can join in on that day.

So try your best to go to service on Nov. 30th
