I've been saying for a while that before Congress votes on a bill they should have to pass a test(including a short essay on how the bill passes the Constitutional muster)

This is a great idea in theory but it doesn't mean anything. Somewhere theres a pic of Schumer firing a Tec-9. Do you guys really think that because they get forced to shoot and learn about guns they'll stop being antis?

Hell I have encountered gun owners that are just as bad as they are.

Actually in a f***ed up way this is almost dangerous- because in the process they might actually learn how to
write effective (and by effective, I dont mean effective as in stopping crime, effective as in punishing innocent people) anti gun laws. EG- they would know innately what kind of narrow shit they could get fudds and wobblies to suck for, and instead of writing stupid grandiose bills that ban a ton of shit and fail, they'd start writing smaller laws they can get commoners to suck for. Basically death by 10,000 cuts.

I think anybody that “wants” to get into politics should immediately be disqualified on that alone.
