I just picked up a PPS9 off of a member today.

Coming into this deal, I did some research on the PPS via posts from here. I was under the impression that I was going to have to order the S disconnector, due to the terrible MA trigger.
To my surprise, as I was checking out this little beauty, I noticed the trigger pull had no grit whatsoever, and seemed to break cleanly at around 5-6lbs with the H disconnector.
I feels very nice in the hand. It came with 4-7rd mags, and a 8rd mag. I would like to get a 6rd flush mag for carry (see my WTT post)
I have not shot it yet, but can't wait. This was a smokin deal from an awesome member, who popped his FTF cherry today! Thanks again Coltfan!

I am now wondering, that if I do order the S disconnector, if it will make the trigger even better

OK, just got back from the range with the PPS9. Unbelievable! I am glad I sifted through others reviews, and took from them what I needed, so it let me know what to expect. As stated by owners that love them, I have to agree completely. As for the reviewers who did not like them, I can't agree one bit.

Shot as soft as butter, target acquisition was fast, trigger was not as bad as expected, and after a few mags, I got used to the weird mag release.

Here is a target pic:

Thank you all for your reviews, and I hope my review helps someone else decide to buy one. Highly recommended for EDC.

One of the best darn guns I've ever owned. Read the article talking about it being released and told the wife I wanted one, sight unseen. She called the gun store and told the manager to put aside the first one through the door. Two weeks later she gave it to me as a gift just because (did I mention I LOVE my wife). Sweet carrying gun!!! Glad you are enjoying yours.

Have you chosen a holster of choice as of yet?
Nice shooting: What were you feeding it and did you mix up any rounds to see if there would be any failures?
Lastly pictures of targets are good but always get a nice pick of the firearm if possible to include.

Nice little review +1 to you

I just ordered a desantis soft tuck for now. I plan on getting a comp-tac for my G30, then getting spare bodies for other guns. The ammo was a mix of PMC, blazer, and Remington. Not one hiccup.

Awesome - I love knowing different ammo works well through a carry gun.
Can't go wrong with the Comp-Tac - if I get some extra bucks and it does not go elsewhere I am thinking of grabbing another spare body for either my G17 or 1911 :D
