Anyone know if the new-generation, post-recall, Smith-built PPK/s in .32 is MA compliant? I know they are hard to find, but recently I've had two dealers tell me that a) Smith is only making them in .380, and b) the .32 version isn't MA complaint anyway. Neither dealer could explain why the .32 is non-compliant, just that "it is." What's the real story?

The 32 is on the list. It should be fine. But the problem may be the distributer will not sell it to the dealer and if the dist has it wrong, then you are SOL at that shop.
