I have not thought about 10m FM in a very long time. Just out of interest I will have to see if either of my current antennas can tune that high (29.600 MHz).Makes me think of the late 1970's early 1980's and listening up nearly that high on 10m for the AMSAT OSCAR-7 and 8 downlink passbands. Just listening, never had VHF-UHF uplink capability.
