CZ 75 SP01 Phantom fits the bill. CZ 75 has been around, well, since 1975 so LOTS of prebans out there for it. OK, the barrel is 4.6in so strictly outside your parameters

There are also cz clones. The Jericho 941has a polymer framed version.

Kp95d is probably too new for preban mags. . Meets all other requirements .

The phantom is a wonderful gun. I think it has the best ergonomics of all the of CZ75 (especially if you have small hands).
Be warned if you plan on modifying anything within the frame: It is a murderfest to get back together especially if you dont have a slave pin that can hold hammer assembly chassis together before dropping in back into the frame.

Correct. But the various P89 pistols are preban. K means stainless slide, D means decocker. I know there were lots of P89, and P85, pistols sold and there were a few owners on NES.

Ruger P95 will take P89 mags and there are prebans out there for sure. I had a P94DC and loved it - would love to get another. Truly underrated guns.

I'd say Walther p99 and clones but I think the barrel is stubby on those as well.
