I don't recall ever hearing about anyone being prosecuted under this regulation.

Me either. I've heard stories about people getting letters in the mail saying "don't do it again." Just stories though, nothing I've actually seen myself.
 
Not sure, but if it were to happen, calling a firearms attorney might be a good move.

Waste of money best thing to is shut up and not do it again. The state sometimes sends out nastygrams in the mail if CJIS (somehow) detects that you've done more than 4 FTFs. Usually nothing comes of it if you don't keep pushing the envelope.

I'm closing this thread because the entire premise of it is retarded.
