What is your oldest firearm?

For me at the moment, it is a 101 year old Remington Model 11 I picked up at KTP about a year ago.

I have a couple other Model 11's but one is a 1928 and the other a 1934.

It's my grandfather's Parker 12 gauge side-by-side he bought off a Sears Roebuck catalog for 55 and gave it to his son who gave it to me.

My Short Magazine Lee Enfield left Enfield Locke in 1916.

I have several guns made in the 1800s but the oldest is a Colt made in 1861.

I got an old Ithaca shotgun. I was gonna say it’s not that old, but I’ve had it a long time not quite 100 years old yet.

Colt New Line .22. Got it from my grandfather when he died. Made between 1873 and 1877

It looks just like the picture on Wikipedia, but not in quite as good shape.

It is probably either my M1 Garand, M1 Carbine, Swedish Mauser, or Enfield No 4 Mk 1.

IIRC, they all date back to the early years of WWII.

I’ve got an ole English sxs 12g percussion shotgun that’s about 1840s. & a Belgium sxs 6g percussion shotgun from about 1850-60.
It’s hard to get exact dates on the older guns but you can get a date range using the proof marks.
& yes they both get used !!

I have 3 muskets, one is new, another is around the bicentennial. And one is something I just picked up and have not identified yet, but working on it.

My oldest are probably either my Carcano or M48 mauser. I also have an old 20g single shot that I don't know the year of, need to look into that as well.
