It's still a Sig 556 - swing and another miss...

It's a 551, 1lb lighter than the 556 and has (I'm assuming) all Swiss furniture and the diopter sight.

It's what the 556 should have been to begin with.

I'm getting one of these for sure as opposed to dropping $4K+ on a real 551.

We used and abused it Sunday before last; SIG Sauer let us shoot it for a durability test
and we thankfully helped them to waste 1,000 rds of DAG .223
