What Scope for Custom Ruger 10/22?

Hello I have just built up a Ruger 10/22 with a large amount of custom parts. I have used a Volquartsen TG2000 Trigger and a OD Green Houge Overmolded Rubber stock. Also I've used an ultralight barrel, scope mount, and magazine release all from Tactical Solutions.
I want to scope it out now and I am thinking of a Leupold fixed 4 power scope. Is this enough glass? What all would you guys go with on such a rifle? Right now I'm looking at a Leupold 4 power or a Leupold FXI 2-7 VXI. What is the better scope? Do you guys have any other recomendations?

Mueller APV, I have one and it works great. After all, its still a rimfire so I see no need in spending top dollar when you probably won't be shooting past 100 yards.
