It is still Florida........ if this guy had ventilated a few of them Id think he'd be totally OK in a stand your ground thing....for sure with the cop sitting there doing shit..............he definately would be in better shape physically cause the other rats that didn't get hit would have scattered like dust in the wind instead of beating his ass with a bicycle.

Of course the cop that was sitting her lazy ass in the car might have shot him......or shot him in the leg with his own firearm while trying to unholster his loaded gun for her "safety"
