11:48 a.m.: A party reported a neighbor shooting off rounds of ammunition on Massachusetts Avenue. One round struck a tree branch that hit him in the face.

Shooting them off of what? The guy sounds like a good shot, hitting rounds like that and shooting tree branches down onto his douchey neighbor's face.

I thought of some scenarios where this is not a figment of the caller's imagination, non could involve anything less than .338 Lapua.
