Who has the cheapest stripped AR lowers?

Looking to build a budget lower here. I know places online that have stripped lowers for $65.99 but then the $25 ffl fee brings that to $90. Is there any shops in the Boston area that sell stripped lowers for around that price that have them in stock?

I bought a Stag lower from Remsport for a little over $100 and really like it. Be careful with this "budget" project. Quality parts don't cost that much more and make a world of difference.

after any transfer fees its tough to beat anything under 100.00. even if you find a lower for 65.00 and a ffl only charges you 10 your @ 75.00 at the cheapest.
I was going to try and do a group buy on lowers that could be had for 60.00 ea. They came with a good to go on AR15.com. I have been just to busy to get it going and try to find a few distribution FFLs like the last discount lower gruop buy for 62.50 + the 10.00 fee from the ffl......but again the ffl had 60 or so 10.00 fees and some foot trafic.
I leave it up to the FFLs to say if that was good for them or not....Its still in the back of my mind for the group buy on lowers. I also want to do a group buy on powder also.
