Who to notify in multiple moves ?

Sending notifications to multiple departments

Say you move from Town A to town B, you did the notify to towns A, B and the FRB .

Now your license has not yet expired or renewed, but you move again, from town B to town C,

Who should you send the certified notifications to ?
Towns A, C and FRB
or
Towns B, C and FRB
or
Towns A, B, C and FRB ?

Letter of the law is issuing town and town moving to.

And of course FRB in all cases.

According to the letter of the law, towns A & C, and the FRB...

Any licensee shall notify, in writing, the licensing authority who issued said license, the chief of police into whose jurisdiction the licensee moves and the executive director of the criminal history systems board of any change of address.

Thank you, as I did not know which dept. to eliminate from the equation. I kinda figured there were 1that needed to be removed.

I'd probably notify B as a courtesy anyway, just because they have your change of address and license in their records.

Question similar, but different.

I got my LTC in town A, then moved to town B.
While living in town B, I renewed, then I moved to town C.

Is town B the new "issuing town" or is town A, since the LTC originated in town A?

The licensing authority that gave you the license that is active and current always gets a notification no matter where you live. So "B".

i would normally say throw caution to the wind, notify nobody. it's their job to figure out you moved. but i have religion new, i've changed. mr. matt_sere's answer looks about right.
