Yes - just a few months ago.

Caught on the Columbia river. Right where the states of OR & WA and the Columbia river and Pacific ocean all come together.

Caught about 1 mile east of the bridge in the below pic. I have got bigger ones up in Vancouver BC. This one was just under 40lbs
