Winchester Mod 50 12 gauge shotgun ejection problems

I have a Winchester Mod 50 12 gauge shotgun that doesn't eject shells. They often just stick in the chamber? Can't seem to figure it out i disassembled the gun and cleaned it well. Does anyone know a good gun smith in R.I?
