On Saturday, direct from Volquartsens' web site shopping cart, I ordered a Mark III competition kit and checked out.
Then I decided to add the MkII hammer bushing for mag disconnect defeat, so I forwarded the order confirmation back to their "orders@" address with the add-on.
I got an email from customer service saying they'd add in the bushing, no problem, on SUNDAY.
Then this morning I got a call on my home voice mail identifying a problem with the order - The MkIII hammer does not accept the MkII bushing, they were wondering if I were ordering parts for different guns, or if they were for the same gun? If the same gun I should order the MkII performance kit which includes the correct hammer AND bushing.
