Are you really settled on 10ga? 3.5 inch shells in 12ga have pretty similar performance I have been told. Good luck in your hunt.

You can find all the 10 ga you want from Callaghan's in Marlborough.
Natick Outdoor has a nice used Remington SP-10 for very reasonable $!
True - most of the mega stores aren't going to stock 10 ga ammo.

Never seen a 10 ga O/U - they may be out there, but must be damn scarce. You will come across 10 ga SxS, but watch out for older guns with Damascus barrels, which shouldn't be used with modern ammo. I'd second the advice to stick with a 3.5" 12, or if it has to be a 10 take a look at the various options in pumps and semi-autos.
