Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, Appleseed returns to Mansfield. Their 100 yard range shelter is back up and their clubhouse is well on the way as well, and they're eager to have Project Appleseed back. Plus - huge bonus - Abbey Oakley will be making her debut as an Appleseed Instructor in Training!

Still plenty of room on the line for next weekend. Long range forecast shows that it should be a good weekend, weather-wise!

Wow... weather forecast says we could get SNOW on Saturday???

Hey, no problem! Mansfield has a sheltered line to shoot from! You won't have to worry about getting snowed on. Of course, if we DO get snow, anyone who earns a Rifleman patch would be eligible to get the coveted Winterseed patch then. Talk about bragging rights!

There are several takeout places nearby to order lunch from if you don't want to bring your own.

See you there!

I should mention that while the line IS sheltered, the clubhouse does not have heat yet, so dress warmly; we'll be outside all day.

But hey... we're New Englanders; we're used to bad weather, right?

Oh, and did I mention that we have the hundred yard range for some known distance shooting on Sunday? Bring those center-fire rifles on Sunday!
