I built this AR15 and registered it with with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2014. I have the receipt to document this.
Statement of Legal compliance:
I will comply with all Federal and State Laws. If the firearm is to be shipped, you must provide me with a signed copy of your dealer's FFL. For private party face-to-face transactions (only permitted by Fed law when both buyer and seller live in same state), I will meet all applicable state and federal laws.
Terms:
For face-to-face transfer we will record the transaction on the Massachusetts Gun Transaction Portal, so be sure to have your valid LTC and PIN. Cash is king. Credit cards accepted with 3% added for processing fees. You will need a lockable case in which to transport the rifle.
