4/4/23 - Indoor gun range explodes with customers inside

The most seriously wounded drove himself to the hospital, so there's that, but still you don't really want buildings blowing up with you inside it!

Years of dust and unspent powder "soaking" into the cracks in the floor until the wrong spark hits it? Maybe?
Definitely this.
Had a fire on the indoor range at our club about 3 years ago. We have a "gutter" on the floor that runs down the length of each side wall. Over the years it filled with powder. We have a Monday evening work party that swept up and dusted the ra ge weekly but the gutters had a grate over them and they never thought to lift them and sweep under them. Anyway small fire but enough to set off the alarms and use the extinguisher. Now the grates come off and sweep under them weekly.

So someone left a Glock fotay on the floor. Another person dropped a Sig P320, it went off on it's own, shooting the Glock, which then exploded?
Fake news. Everyone knows that would have created a black hole. We would all be dead.

I saw in indoor fire at a range when someone had the brilliant idea of putting a steel prop in the middle of the range for welding. It was quickly handled by a fire extinguisher, but the amount of smoke was incredible. It was just a few seconds before the extinguisher was used.
