Holy expensive. May I recommend you investigate 375 Raptor. Uses a necked down 308 case, so all you’d need to do to an AR-10 would be to change the barrel.

Plus, with just a 12” barrel, it has the same energy as a 45-70 at the muzzle, and surpasses it quickly. As the 45-70 drastically drops off in power due to the terrible BC, the 375 Raptor holds onto its velocity and energy much farther out.
Yeah, it’s a wildcat, but there are companies making brass and even at least one making factory ammo. You can do wide expanding subsonics too from Maker’s Bullets.

I haven’t gotten into the cartridge yet, but it’s planned for next year.
