I pulled my edc out to clean it for the month and noticed i had worn down the grip on the gun carrying it figured id write a little review after edc'ing this gun for 2 years literally every day

First off fit and finish.

The fit of the gun is a little loose and wobbly and out of the 5 I've had one has gone back to sig

But the slide finish has been incredible.

This gun has been shot over 3k rounds.

Carried every day in georgia and florida and the slide still looks amazing.
We hike multiple miles a day with the dog every day its sunny, im currently building a fence. I am not just popping the gun on for grocery runs...as a comparison my hellcat looked like i threw it down a mountain after 3 months in florida.

The grip is trash just utter trash i have no idea who thought this was a good design but they need to be fired. The bottom grip design is barely passable as tacky. The top where you see i added grip tape is downright slick when your hands are dry. There is no grip for your support hand at all. Just a trash design.

However the shape feels very nice in my hands.

Serrations
The slide grips right and makes it very easy to rack.

Shooting

the gun shoots really flat and is excellent to shoot for extended range sessions

I have 3 at the moment and i always bring one to shoot because i actually like shooting them not just to train with my edc

Accuracy the gun is acceptably accurate up to 25 yards and very accurate inside of 15. Its not a problem to put a mag inside the 6 moa dot i run.

The trigger...feels like baby food in your hand...god i hate this trigger as a trigger snob ...with nighthawks, cabots, caniks with trigger jobs. Cnc flat triggers on my ars. I despise this trigger with all my being

Reliability
As I mentioned i have multiples of these, currently i have 3 comp'd versions and have had 2 non comp. I had one faulty fcu that made the slide incredibly hard to rack. But have had 0 f2fs. The gun runs

The optic
Holosun 407k has held up surpringly well. Holds 0 great...i love the dot easy to pickup. The finish still looks fantastic. Great optic

The light
Its a streamlight it flat out runs

The sights
Sig 3 dot night sites are great easy to pickup day or night

The holster
Exo aiwb does a great job clip is still strong after 2 years retention is great

In summation

This is a fantastic edc and all around gun.

The grips can be fixed via bubba'ing or by buying a new grip module

The trigger sucks and cannot be fixed ive tried the macrbo kits and while slightly improved it just sucks.

1. Why do you own 5?

2. Why did 20% of your guns have to go back to SIG?

I'm also stuck on 1.5" groups, edge-to-edge at 25 yds. (Or was it 6" at 25yds and MOA is a mistake?)

You seem to be dumping on a gun you carry all the time and own 5 of. LOL

TBF, I do teh same thing sometimes. So. . . . ;)

Probably because 6 was not in his budget.

It is rare for someone to be critical of a gun they own. This goes double for expensive guns or ones from custom smiths. People are motivated to beliee they made a good decision, avoid buyer's remorse, and avoid cognitive dissonance. The individual who can step aside of these influences is rare.

I dont take it as dumping on the gun. But at the same time he is being honest.

I cant stand people that recommend junk they own just because they own it, but they know it is sh*t and won't admit it.

I own a SW 929 revolver. I dont recommend anyone buy one unless they are prepared to do at least $400 worth of work to it. I call it a "kit gun". I got lucky, I bought it for $950 so after all the work ended up costing the same that MA FFLs sell it for.

Once you do all the work on the POS SW sells, it is a great gun.

I own 3 now... but i haven't found one better.

The grip can be fixed with grip tape... it's just annoying it came from the factory so shitty

Shootability/size/capacity are unmatched right now

It carrys really well, 17+1, and it shoots really well

In comparison, the hellcat pro carries 2 less shoots worse the trigger is more preferred to me. But the sights suck too

Micro dagger comp shot terribly

The shad sys cxp carries 2 less rounds

Caniks is far larger

Glock needs non factory mags to even get 2 less rounds

Taurus gx4s are still taurus's

Kimber released an intriguing one recently

Fn sucks

Hk is way less rounds

So at the moment it is the best in the genre

Nah i like a backup carry.

Then i ended up with a 3rd setup for my truck

A 4th for my wifes car

A 5th for my wife

I want the legion version next

I've gotta say - my 365 Legion is quickly becoming my absolute favorite pistol. Ergonomics are perfect for my hands, feels great, shoots extremely well, and the "comp" works better than I expected.
