If MA was a huge state, they would probably sell us stuff. Since the juice isn't worth the squeeze in a little state like MA they don't bother.

I don't blame them, but I will also never buy anything from them and I have ways to get whatever I want.

I do. However if PSA doesn’t ship if the billing is in MA, you can try putting the Salem NH address for the billing and see if it goes through. Some credit card processors with certain vendors don’t check it while some do. I know when I used to buy a ton from Natchez shooters supply their credit card processor didn’t care if I used the Salem NH address for my billing.

I've used the following to get around the billing vs shipping address.

There is a good chance the CC company will reject the charge if the billing address is wrong.

So go into your cc account online and change it to the UPS store address.
Order the product with the UPS store as the ship to.

Once you get a shipping notice, go back into your CC's web portal and change your address back to your home.
Or if you use electronic billing, you can leave it at the UPS store since every bill will be electronic.

There most definitely is better. But there isn't cheaper and also functional.

A friend has a transferable M16. He caught a great sale a couple of years ago for a 11.5" upper with a BCG and charging handle for $279. So he bought a couple of them. Now he doesn't cringe when someone does a 30 round mag dump with his gun.

So if anyone’s interested, I ended up sending the package to The Civilian Supply in NH (right before learning an uncle I see once a year recently moved to Pawtucket lol).

Took the drive up, paid the $10/package fee for his services, checked out a few nice guns (man I’d love to have the money/reason for a cz 457 varmint) and took my XM16E1 upper home.

It was a pain to get the payment to go through at PSA. They seemed like they were rejecting my real credit card because of my MA address, but they also rejected the privacy card a couple times even when I used a random NH address. I can’t really remember what the problem might have been there, but I did eventually get it to go through with the privacy card by using a random NH address, a burner protonmail email, and I forget if I used my real phone number but I think I did.

Huge pain, yes, but despite what people here have said, there is not a cheaper way to get a gray, 1:12, chrome bcg, XM16E1 upper. Not without doing a SUBSTANTIAL amount more work, and even then you’d barely get cheaper.

This....I will admit its there business and semi retarded...but I used to ship to my daughters all the time to get around PSA BS.

Most of the stuff was going to get used down there anyway so it wasn't big deal. I wasn't taking it up to MA.

I do like the quality and price of the Dagger uppers for building out G19 type frames, for less than 200 on sale its tough to beat them with the stainless guide rod and quality finish, rmr cutout and sights. I have a few of their AR uppers which have been very good bought on sale as well. But for uppers there are many other places.
