I want to put a flat top upper on the A2 I have. I have read that there are some "gotchas" (hammer and pin holes, et. al.) in doing this. Does anyone know of a vendor that sells specific uppers for an A2? I think a co-worker of mine mentioned dpms.

A2 to A4 conversion on a colt match target

As long as the front takedown pin size is the standard .250(which it should, being a post ban gun) any upper should be fine. The only other consideration would be if the bbl extension has the M4 style feed ramps or not.
