Any changes from H4885?

That new law is a long read. I'm wondering what can be pulled out that will affect those carrying under LEOSA only (no MA LTCA).

It would appear that if you fall under LEOSA, 131M does not apply in regards to possession or transfer of “Assault Style Firearms” or “Large Capacity Feeding Devices”.

As you said, there is 116 pages of “remove this, insert that”, so there could be something else that I’m missing.

To me, anyway, the "new" 131M takes the ambiguity out of the old 131M with the exemption for retired LEO's as long as they have current LEOSA ID?
