I bought the H01 model for my granddaughter (same basic gun as the GB but steel). Very nice gun, well made, nice wood. I'd say it's every bit as good as my Marlin 39a.
Thanks gentlemen. I had bought a plinkster and its just too..."glock-ie" feeling, except it takes forever to break down. Trying to find a nice durable and wooden rifle. Appreciate the feedback.
Absolutely. We have several of the Savage .22 and .17 at DSG and they seem really nice - especially considering the price. I have been eyeballing a Savage Mark II BVTS. Sweet rifle...
