A fellow collector has recently acquired two Winchester "Coca Cola" commemoratives:
A lever action model 94XTR and a semi-auto shotgun 1500XTR, both engraved with the Coke logo & Coke bottle and they do carry a medaillon about the 100th anniversary in the buttstock.
All he could find out up until now is, that the guns were likely produced in quantities of 2,500 each in 1986. Another piece of info stated, that these have been sold to Coca Cola employees only.
He has acquired the two from a Coca Cola collector who bought these at an auction in Atlanta in 1995 and subsequently brought them to Germany.
Serials are xxxx of 2500 for the model 94 and 86CCxxxx for the shotgun.
All Winchester related literature on hand does not show any information about these commemoratives and their serial numbers do not show up in any table known to him.
