Anyone try to warranty a Holosun with physical damage

I feel like I did not drop this one but who knows.
I might have and forgot
Either way I dropped it or smashed it on something during carry.
It’s acting up now.

They are very slow to respond and not always fix the problem
I stopped buying when they refuse to replace a 507k that they couldn’t fix

Why would they warrantee it if it's physically damaged?

Sure, I've bought a physical damage coverage add on. But unless they specifically say they will cover user caused damage, why would they.

The answer is, they don't Warranty Information
