He makes some good points (about 3/4 in) that gun laws won’t fix the problem of gun violence and that community investment in things like streetlights, parks, etc have a more direct, efficient and beneficial effect than gun laws.
The problem is very rarely (never?) the gun, but rather poor user behavior.
