Was scrolling the local site down here and came across this bastardized thing

I dont get it

If you’re referring to the cut grip, I can kind of understand it since the angle is slightly different.

Yeah but it's still a stupid idea and it's pretty obvious because the owner is now trying to unload the gun because he realized this little expedition was stupid but probably still won't admit it. 🤣

Lol right like for the time and effort he put into that just buy the smaller module

Cutting the Macro module down to 10 or 12 round mag size actually can make a lot of sense.

1) The trigger reach for the X macro grip module is a good deal longer. So if the reach is too short for you, this may be a help. It's even longer than something like a Wilson module.
2) The X macro uses a STANDARD pic rail as opposed to the proprietary Sig rail on the 365, X, and XL.

I doubt that. For $50 , he can replace his cut down module and sell the gun with a new module. Then sell his cut down one for $30.

So there are some REAL benefits to doing this. Especially if you have larger hands and want to carry a smaller pistol.

It's only about 1/8" difference at the web of the thumb and it's about the same at the swell of the palm. XMACRO is light grey fade, XL is solid image.

I get that it can have benefits but 9 out of 10 times it's someone thinking they're innovative until they figure out it sucks. This one looks pinchey and shitty.

Sig sells literally 900 variants to these guns there's literally no reason to hack a grip frame down.
