AR .45 Caliber build questions.

Thinking of a .45 caliber build for an AR as a supressor host. Just wondering if other members have built any ARs in .45 ACP and which route yout took for mag well inserts, dedicated lowers, etc. Up in NH now and can build a AR pistol, any recomendations on where to start? I was looking here:
