AR front post adjustment tool

Should i have one of these for an Appleseed shoot for my AR?

Never been to an Appleseed, but I just used a nail in the Marines for every qual I ever did.

That being said, there were many times I was trying to adjust my dope and thought about getting one. It is absolutely not needed, but would made adjustment a tiny bit easier, especially if you have to make a very bold adjustment.

I find it easier to adjust the front site using the front site tool. Not absolutely necessary, but nice to have.

I like my tool. Much easier and less likely to scratch the gun.

Just be sure you buy the right one - the A1 if your front sight has 5 indents, the A2 if it has 4

ordered one. the reason i asked initially cause i tried to order one from Sportsmans Guide and it was restricted because it is for an assault weapon. I called and complained to no avail. So, a grip i have been waiting for to come in stock finally did at Brownells and i ordered a tool from them.
