I am being shipped one from an order that I cancelled.
The shipper told me to refuse/return to sender
If it makes it to me on 3/12 I will sign for it and sell it for my cost + shipping.

Try Pete from Legal Transfers, AR15sales.com. I know he gets them in from time to time and he doesn't price gouge. I bought 2 about a month ago, I wish I got 3 as I had picked up a third upper that wasn't planned.
