Avast "infection blocked"??

I've been getting a warning from my virus protection today, which I've never seen before on NES. I haven't changed anything, running the same MacBook Pro and anti-virus since I went green in Dec 2012.

I'm guessing it's just a false alarm, but here is what it's telling me:

Infection blocked!
avast! Web shield has blocked a threat.
Infection: URL:Mal
URL: http://neshooters.com/resources/NortheastShootersBanner.jpg

Yup. So I've been told, there actually are some Mac virus's out there. Besides, it's free, why not?!

It's because an ad banner for NEShooters is hosted on their server and not NES.

Can someone screenshot or post the exact error / log file?

There is absolutely no reason this should be flagging.

I had it at 8:30 this morning, seems to be now gone at this time. Not sure if it was you fixing it or Avast updating its definitions, which I did get an update after I reported it multiple times.

I relocated the file which should remove any issues, but I'd like to get it fixed long term as well.
