If you want the option to shoot heavier bullets with decent accuracy i would stick to 1/7.

YOu can buy a lower anywhere assembled and then slap an upper on it. Daniel Defense makes great uppers. I got one complete for $450.

with a 1/7 twist douglas premium stainless barrel. currently wearing a flash hider, but that can be rectified.
