I have a Beretta 950 BS Jetfire .25 ACP that keeps jamming. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this and how to properly clear the jam?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

It get’s jammed on the way up between the barrel and the clip and the round is parallel to the barrel. I’m thinking it’s the spring. I’m using jacketed rounds, just the cheap stuff.

I had problems with the finocchi ammo. They are VERY VERY ammo picky. I think it may be a combination of the recoil spring and cleaning to be honest. Those things heat up, then foul up and jam up QUICK if it's not babied after each time you shoot it. Also if you carry it, stick to decent ammo. Don't carry it with cheap, I'd say don't shoot cheap either unless you really take care of it, you'll regret it in the long run.

+1 picky on ammo. plus a good cleaning and a little oil never hurt

Also on some of these small Beretta's it's possible to overload the magazines but don't do it--it's a guaranteed jam on my little Beretta .22

Mine is not picky about ammo at all. Never had one not go bang, and never had a jam. I always feed it the cheap stuff.

I think you need a recpoil spring.
