Is the beretta vertec Either 92fs vertec or 96 vertec masscompliant?

yes, but I think Beretta stop making them. Give 4seasons a call.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure Beretta has tanked the Vertec. When they were
around they were pretty easy to get in MA, though. I'm sure if you
found one on gunbroker or wherever, you could easily "import" it.

If you are looking Four seasons web site says they have some new 9mm 92FS in stock-not Vertec as far as I know but I would call them. Earlier this year I bought a 92FS Inox Vertec but it took me a little digging to find a new one and had it transferred in via FFL.
I beleive one of the main features of the Vertec versus the standard 92FS is the accessory rail? If you don't have your heart set on this you should be able to find a 92 or 96 no problem.
Beretta has stopped making both in favor of their new "Nine-Two" I think is the replacement model.
