Best Ma Compliant .45?

No safety on mine, and I live dangerously in MA and installed the Apex kit in it. Trigger is now a dream to shoot. I'm pretty accurate with it too, even with the shorter sight picture. It's my daily carry.

Wasnt a major change in the shield .45 the improved factory trigger? How was it?

I would think the HK45 would be a great choice - I've heard nothing but good things about the shootability and comfort of the grip....I'd love a Gen 4 21 too but it's often hard to find those on Armslist near me and at a reasonable price....and it's not Mass Compliant for civilians yet...maybe never will be, like the CZ.

This has been beaten over and over ([horse]) but I will say it again: There is not a single handgun that is illegal to own in MA.

I'm in the market for a 1911. My question is "what's the best MA compliant 1911?"...I don't see much in my gun shops. A Springfield TRP would be sweet. Even a Dan wesson would be nice.

I can help you here since I consider myself an 1911 addict. You dont find too many on here. In MA you are limited to the higher quality 1911's. S&W has a few that are pretty nice but nowhere near a Dan Wesson, Nighthawk or ED Brown none of which are MA compliant. I was lucky enough to find a used Dan Wesson CBOB that is semi-custom by BEC customs. Sig Also make a nice MA compliant 1911. The Ruger 1911 MA compliant and has a huge fan base, I have heard great things about it. Stay away from the Remington R1's I had terrible luck with them. PM me if you have any questions.
