I put a box of Amrscor through it and also 10 rds of Hornady American Gunner. The small target is the Gunner but it also put holes in the big target because I put it over the RC. Does shoot a bit left, but I'm happy with it. Also had the slide not lock back a few times but I need to clean it and keep my hand away from the slide release.

Looks like a common issue. Most rear sights needs adjustments

How far away?

sights, or shooters?
Valid question but if you search the web this seems to be a common occurrence. Myself included. While I don't discount it could be me, I own a p938 and don't shoot left. Nor do I with my p365 and didn't do so with the p938 I used to have. While I am far from a great shooter, I am acquainted with small pistols. I did notice my rear sight is favoring the left side.
