IF you see an NES hat, say hi! We'll be there in ~1 hour.
Lunch is Italian. Meatballs, deli, pasta, salad, etc. Caterer does a good job. Bar is open at lunchtime at the DAV just don't go over to the club to shoot after visiting the bar. Lunch is free BTW.
Expect ~200 people present and lunch is served after the meeting is over.

Thanks, I will be sure too. The Bar/Range combo is a no brainer, and what I like about this club. I have been to many clubs where a Bar was located in the club, never really liked that idea, plus more people were belly up to the bar than using the club as a "gun club"
I came in at about quarter to when the meeting was about to start, peeped the raffle table, then tried to fight my way for some standing room, I looked around for the hat but didn't see one/any. That was a tough meeting to stand through, food was good, but not my type of thing. I support the club, but doubt I could do that again. Kinda annoyed too at the fact that they send the letter and in bold underlined writing say This is your club make an effort to attend... well provide enough seats, I would say just as many people stood who sat. Luckily I am a young buck, but there were A LOT of old timers standing around, had to have sucked for them.
Sorry that you had to stand. We just rent the hall from the DAV, and usually end up having to set up a lot of the chairs ourselves. Unfortunately the hall only holds about 200 chairs in the middle maximum. the rest of the space is taken up by the tables around the edges. That was actually a small meeting...nothing was contested.
