Broken Beretta 9000s Safety

Hey guys, I have a 9000s .40 in type F configuration, with the safety/decocking lever. The other day, I noticed that it no longer will go into safe mode. It decocks fine, and moves fine, but will only lock in the unsafe position. Any ideas as to how to repair this? Thanks!

i have a 9000s. I know exactly what you mean.
some days i hit nothing. some days I do well. the gun is an anchor , it is so heavy but I really WANT to like it.
