However, you could just swap out that "cut" FSB with a railed gas block very easily.

Thanks. I saw that pic on the website, but being a n00b to ARs I wasnt sure if what I was looking at in the front was rail or not.
Local dealer has one in stock for 50 bucks more than the STAG flatop with BUIS (rear). They sold the STAG RH the other day and only have a LH in stock. He had no clue as to when they were gonna get more. I decided NOT to pull the trigger on the Bushmaster because in order to shoot it, I would need iron sights which can be costly. ugh!![[thinking]](/xen/styles/default/xenforo/smilies.vb/010.gif "Thinking [thinking]")

In case you don't want to attempt to remove the gas block (or unsure if you want to), the Midwest Industries Two-piece free float 10 inch rail system will fit right over the gas block without touching it. I have the Bushmaster ORC myself and that's what i ended up doing and haven't looked back. From there, you can add whatever iron sights you want. Here's what mine looks like, very similar to the SW M&P15 with the rail. The iron sights are a ARMS 40L in the rear and a Midwest Industries in the front; Optic has since been replaced with an Aimpoint ML3 with a LaRue mount:
